Award Winning Boiler Brands
Choose from these top boiler brands
Viessmann Boilers

Viessmann are the best boiler manufacturer you've never heard of. But don't let that put you off. They're huge in Europe and, like Vaillant, they're German and have been around for over 100 years. We love Viessmann at Thames Boilers because their build quality is as good as (if not better) than Vaillant and Worcester Bosch, but their prices are a little lower. This makes them great value - and Which? agree, giving Viessmann several Best Buy awards in recent years.
Vaillant Boilers

Vaillant are one of the best know boiler brands in the UK. They're a German company, based in Remscheid since 1874. They were arguably the first company to make a "combi" boiler back in the early 1960's. So they're very well established. Today, they're still considered one of the best boiler manufacturer's around, winning Which? Best Buy awards on a regular basis.
Worcester Bosch Boilers

Worcester Bosch are probably the best known boiler brand in the UK. Although now owned by the German giant, Bosch, Worcester is still very much a British company. Its boilers are still made in Warndon in Worcester. Like Vaillant and Viessmann, Worcester boilers have won several Which? Best Buy awards. If you want a high quality boiler, but still want to "buy British", then Worcester Bosch is an excellent choice. Although they are among the most expensive boilers we install.
Baxi / Main Boilers

Baxi is another great British boiler brand, who can trace their roots back to Richard Baxendale, an iron founder, who began the Baxendale Company in 1866, based in Preston in Lancashire. Today, Baxi also makes boilers under the Main and Potterton brands. We recommend Baxi boilers as the least disruptive replacement to some heat-only boilers - and their Main brand for people who want to keep costs down.
